Piper Companies is seeking a Wireless Network Support Engineer for a world leading technology organization. The Wireless Network Support Engineer will be supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving complex customer technical issues related to wireless solutions. The Wireless Network Support Engineer must be a US Citizen and possess the capacity to work EST hours.
Responsibilities for the Wireless Network Support Engineer include:
· Provide highest level of technical support to help resolve complex customer problems
· Contribute to technical documentation that is needed for the customers
· Identify, innovate, and enhance tooling and automation to work efficiently and effectively
Requirements for the Wireless Network Support Engineer include:
· US Citizen
· Strong wireless and networking background
· Past experience working with customers
· Strong experience with troubleshooting and problem solving complex technical issues
· Ability to deliver white glove service with top enterprise customers
· Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation of the Wireless Network Support Engineer: $105,000 - $131,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
· No relocation assistance, sponsorship, or C2C arrangements available
