Biotech Automation Engineer

In this results-oriented role, you'll wear many hats. You'll assess our current facility's capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and spearhead the development and implementation of strategic plans to bridge the gap. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client services to ensure our facilities can deliver cutting-edge solutions.

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

• A background in process engineering, MS&T, engineering, or process development
• A BS degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Compensation:

$80 - $100/hr, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 enrollment offered. PTO and holiday pay is negotiable.
