Wireless Network Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer for a world leading technology company. The Wireless Network Engineer will work onsite in Detroit supporting 2 customers in the automotive industry. The Wireless Network Engineer will support customer engagements designing, developing, testing, and deploying wireless solutions.

Responsibilities for the Wireless Network Engineer include:

·       Partner with customers on recommendations for network optimization

·       Design, engineer, and deploy network wireless solutions 

·       Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

·       Support Greenfield and Brownfield RF design and remediation

·       Leverage the lab to support testing and validation

Requirements for the Wireless Network Engineer include:

·       US Citizen

·       3+ years of network engineering experience

·       LAN Switching and Routing and WLAN protocol experience

·       Cisco Meraki and Cisco DNA center experience

·       RF analysis and design using Ekahau is highly preferred

Compensation of the Wireless Network Engineer: $80,000 - $105,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
