Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a software company located in Charlotte, NC . This team is operates on a remote schedule. The manager is looking for someone who understands medical terminology.


Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, internal staff, and management to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Research and diagnose client system issues and identify and execute intelligent solutions to resolve requests
  • Assist clients via phone, email, and ticketing system to capture and interpret customer feedback, and clearly document all customer interactions 
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues/requests to appropriate internal teams and ensure items are handled in a timely fashion


Qualifications of the Customer Support Specialist

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Understanding of Medical Billing terminology
  • Experience in a Customer Support role

Compensation for the

  • Salary Range: $65,000
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, Paid Holidays, and PTO
