Salesforce Developer

Piper Companies is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a professional services company in Washington DC. This is a hybrid position and full-time position.

 Essential Duties of the Salesforce Developer:

• Analyze business requirements related to Salesforce Solutions
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes, pain points and goals
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations
• Perform data analysis and mapping
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of salesforce solutions and business objectives

Qualifications of the Salesforce Developer:

·       4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

·       Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred

·       Proficient in data analysis and mapping

·       Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality

·       Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field

 Compensation for the Salesforce Developer:

• $120,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
• Hybrid 2x week onsite
• Medical, Dental, 401k matching, PTO, paid holidays
