Piper Companies is currently looking for a Patient Support Quality Manager in Raleigh, NC in a hybrid role. The Senior Patient Support Quality Manager will ensure high standards of quality and efficiency in patient support.
Responsibilities for the Patient Support Quality Manager include:
- Monitor the performance of patient engagement quality programs through the use of KPIs and metrics to evaluate service quality, patient satisfaction and program effectiveness
- Maintain patient services activities with departmental SOPs and industry standards
- Establish and implement patient engagement quality program through policies, guidelines, and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications for the Patient Support Quality Manager include:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in patient support programs
- Rare disease and/or complex therapy administration experience
- Salesforce or Healthcloud CRM platforms
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business or a related field
Compensation for the Patient Support Quality Manager includes:
- Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience
