Piper Companies is seeking a analytical and strategic Remote Data Analyst (Manufacturing) - Should-Cost Model with a focus in cost analysis and the development of cost strategies surrounding manufacturing processes. The Remote Data Analyst (Manufacturing) - Should-Cost Model will collect, analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive cost efficiency for a global strategic organization. The ideal Remote Data Analyst (Manufacturing) - Should-Cost Model must be willing to work CT / PT hours.
Responsibilities for the Remote Data Analyst (Manufacturing) - Should-Cost Model include:
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and implement cost strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce expenses
- Gather and manage financial data related to inventory, labor, and overhead costs
- Collect production data from various stages of the manufacturing process
- Analyze market trends and their impact on production costs
Qualifications for the Remote Data Analyst (Manufacturing) - Should-Cost Model include:
- 5+ years' experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on cost strategy in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with Should-Cost Model and Analysis
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical tools and software (Excel, SQL, Python)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and work CT/PT hours
Compensation of the Remote Data Analyst (Manufacturing) - Should-Cost Model includes:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
- Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP plus PTO and Paid Holidays
