Piper Companies is looking for a Social Media Manager in the Austin, Texas area (Hybrid) for a rising cutting-edge analytic company.

 

Responsibilities for the Social Media Manager

·       Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the

company’s voice and objectives.

·       Actively engage with the audience on various social media

platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a community

of followers who are interested in analytics and related topics.

·       Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, such

as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates. Use these insights

to optimize content strategy and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts

on the startup’s goals.

·       Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic social media

campaigns to promote the startup’s services, products, or content. This

includes setting up targeted ads, managing budgets, and tracking campaign

performance.

·       Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and

industry news, particularly in the analytics and technology sectors. Conduct

competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiate the startup’s

social media presence from competitors.

 

Qualifications for Social Media Manager

·      4 years of experience leading and managing a team with proven social media accounts for tech or analytics-focused brands, with a track record of growing and engaging audiences.

·      Has a passion for social media and a deep understanding of various social platforms, their features, and their audiences. (TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram)

·       Familiarity with online marketing strategies and tools, including social media management platforms and analytics tools.

·       Ability to interpret social media metrics and analytics to

inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.

·       Expertise in creating engaging content tailored to different

platforms. Strong copywriting skills to convey complex analytics concepts in a

clear, compelling way.

·       Ability to stay updated on the latest social media trends,

platform updates, and industry news. Quick to adapt strategies to align with

emerging trends in the analytics and tech sectors.

 

Compensation and Benefits for Social Media Manager

·       Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
