Manager of Loan Operations

Piper Companies is seeking a Manager of Loan Operations, in a hybrid environment to join one of the nation’s leading financial planning associations located in Sterling, VA. The Manager will oversee the management of all loan operations.

Responsibilities of the Manager of Loan Operations include:

• Manage all aspects of loan operations including loan servicing and sub ledger activities

• Process multiple loan accounting monthly, quarterly and annual reports

• Complete monthly loan accounting close procedures and deliverables that includes journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and reports in compliance with US GAAP

Qualifications for the Manager of Loan Operations include:

·      10+ years of experience within financial management

·      Experienced in all facets of loan servicing

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Compensation for the Manager of Loan Operations includes:

·      Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 + 32% annual bonus *depending on experience*
