Operations Supervisor

Piper Companies is seeking a Operations Supervisor to join a premier airline and aviation organization based in Queens, NY. The Operations Supervisor will supervise the provisions of program operation services to passengers. This position will be on-site at JFK Airport!

Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor include:

• Control the provision of welcome, farewell, accompaniment, lounge, fast track and loyalty program operation services to passengers in accordance with the established rules and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and follow the daily work plans of the employees to provide the services without interruption.
• Make the necessary reporting to the Operations Manager to transfer the information, demands and expectations from the passengers regarding the product to the relevant units.
• Supervise and control the fixtures at the service points, to ensure the solution of malfunctions, to control the order and cleanliness of the service points. Reporting relevant disruptions.
• Follow the documentation processes such as passenger lists, usage reports, etc., and to control the keeping of the necessary records.
• Monitor and control the catering, cleaning, etc. services of the lounges to ensure the continuity and increase of the satisfaction of the passengers, and to provide the necessary coordination to take the necessary actions

Qualifications for the Operations Supervisor include:                                                                        

• Preferred: Master's degree in Finance or Economics; CPA certification; CMA a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of operations supervisor experience.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Compensation for the Operations Supervisor include:

• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
