Piper Companies is currently seeking a Director of Nursing to work for a growing endoscopy center located in Downtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:
- Oversee daily clinical operations of a high-volume endoscopy center
- Sets daily schedule to accommodate patient and paperwork flow through procedure area
- Advises and instructs on clinical skills, performing adjustments mid-procedure and optimizing training
- Ensures proper utilization of the medical records system
- Supports overall quality compliance and safety measures
- Serves as on-site infection control nurse
Qualifications of the Director of Nursing:
- 2+ years of experience in leadership capacity in the endoscopy or GI space
- BSN and active New York State RN license
- Experience with state, Medicare, AAAHC, and Joint Commission accreditation
- ACLS/BLS certified
Compensation for the Director of Nursing:
- Salary: $150,000; full-time, permanent role
- Full Benefits--PTO included, permanent position
- No on-call responsibilities—standard schedule
