Senior QA Lead

Piper Companies is looking for a Senior QA Lead to join an IT consulting company. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite per week in Washington DC.

 Essential Duties of the Senior QA Lead:

• Lead and manage QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for manual and automated testing.
• Conduct thorough testing of claimant forms and claim management systems.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members.

Qualifications of the Senior QA Lead:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in the ecosystem.
• 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing with salesforce projects.
• Proven experience leading QA teams.
• Strong experience with Selenium.
• Ability to create test plans AND test strategies.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

 Compensation for the Senior QA Lead:

• $100,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
• 3 days remote per week
