Piper Companies is looking for a Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist to join a DoD consulting company. This position is onsite in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Essential Duties of the VTC Specialist:
- Troubleshoot technology in conference rooms
- Ensure technology is operational before and during calls/meetings
- Monitor network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Qualifications of the VTC Specialist:
- 10+ years of professional experience if B.S. degree is held. 14+ years if no degree.
- Active Secret clearance or higher.
- Experience troubleshooting conference room equipment including AV (audio visual) equipment.
- Experience with Unified Communications equipment.
Compensation for the VTC Specialist:
- $85,000 - $115,000
