Generative AI Program Manager/Scrum Master

Piper Companies is seeking a Generative AI Program Manager/Scrum Master to help manage delivery and lead generative artificial intelligence solutions for a strategic enterprise organization. The ideal Generative AI Program Manager/Scrum Master has strong technical experience delivering and driving adoption of Generative AI technologies in the rapidly advancing field of AI.

Responsibilities of the Generative AI Program Manager/Scrum Master include:

• Effectively run agile process and ceremonies through daily standups to ensure deadlines are completed
• Drive cross functional teamwork throughout sprints to enable timely user story development, testing refinement, user validation and release
• Lead, document and communicate with excellent written and verbal communications

Requirements for the Generative AI Program Manager/Scrum Master include:

• 5+ years of Program Management/ Scrum Master experience
• 3-5 years' experience managing generative AI, machine learning and deep learning solutions
• Strong Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum methodologies
• Deep knowledge and understanding of neural networks, computer vision, natural language processing, and RAG approaches
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Compensation for the Generative AI Program Manager/Scrum Master include:

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
