Piper Health Sciences is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to join a leading biotech organization that develops life-extending technologies for patients in Silver Spring, MD. The Senior Employee Relations Partner will serve as the primary support for assigned business groups to administer employment life cycle activities.

 

Responsibilities of the Senior Employee Relations Partner include:

  •  Serve as a strategic partner and advisor across HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and employee development
  •  Provide guidance and coaching to the business and leaders on strategic HR planning
  • Oversee employment life cycle activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
  • Provide conflict resolution and facilitate discussions

 Qualifications for the Senior Employee Relations Partner include:

  • 5+ years of employee relations experience
  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • Previous experience working in a life science, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

 Compensation for the Senior Employee Relations Partner includes:

  • Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 **depending on experience**
  • Full Benefits: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k
  • Perks: 2 Bonus', Hybrid
