Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager, Patient Support to ensure the highest quality of patient satisfaction. This role supports continuous quality improvement efforts for a pharmaceutical call center in Durham, NC.

 

Responsibilities for the Sr. Quality Manager, Patient Support include:

·       Create and implement comprehensive patient engagement quality program to ensure patient services programs meet quality standards.

·       Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) of patient services programs to assess quality of service, patient satisfaction, and program effectiveness. 

·       Analyze and report results of performance metrics to identify trends, areas, for improvement, and best practices.

·       Lead continuous improvement efforts and implement process improvements to enhance program quality and efficiency.

·       Ensure compliance with departmental (SOPs) and industry guidelines for all patient services activities and address compliance-related issues when needed.

 

Qualifications for the Sr. Quality Manager, Patient Support include:

·       Direct knowledge and experience developing and maintaining effective patient engagement quality programs.

·       Strong project management skills with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement efforts and delivering results.

·       Prior experience with Healthcloud CRM, Salesforce, and/or related Patient Support Services technologies is preferred.

·       Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, business, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.

 

Compensation for the Sr. Quality Manager, Patient Support includes:

·       Total Compensation Range: approximately $120,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience
