Employee Relations Manager

Piper Companies is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join a clinical biotechnology company located in Silver Spring, MD.

Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Manager include:

• Manage employee relations duties
• Serve as point of contact for all levels of staff
• Coach staff on improving performance in their role
• Respond and act on employee concerns and issues
• Provide lead on worker's compensation, workplace investigations, complex leave cases, conflict mediation, and HR complication training

Qualifications for the Employee Relations Manager include:

• Must possess an Bachelor's degree with 5 year of experience in an Employee Relations experience
• Can have experience form healthcare, hospitals, or commercial companies
• Preferred experience from biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies

Compensation for the Employee Relations Manager includes:

• Rate Range: $110,000 - $140,000 Per Year
• Comprehensive Benefit Package: Employee Medical/Dental/Vision
