Piper Companies is seeking a Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist to join a government consulting company on-site in the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Responsibilities of the Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist:
- Troubleshoot technology in conference rooms and ensure rooms are operational to include connecting video calls
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Perform system upgrades which includes hot fixes, patches, and security configurations
- Provide support during virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom, etc) and troubleshoot any issues as needed
- Work closely with vendors and IT personnel to resolve all network issues
Qualifications of the Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist:
- 10+ years of video telecommunications/audio visual professional experience
- Experience troubleshooting conference room equipment
- Active Secret clearance
Compensation of the Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist:
- $85,000 - $100,000 based on years of relevant experience
