Pharma/Clinical Program Manager (Product Launch)

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a global biopharmaceutical company that delivers innovative solutions for patients with severe diseases. The primary purpose of the role is to drive differentiated patient solutions by transforming strategic initiatives into successful program and project delivery. This role requires effective program management, communication, and leadership across cross-functional, diverse teams.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of programs to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee sub-programs and projects to align with strategic goals and organizational standards.
• Partner with project sponsors to ensure proactive program scoping and delivery.
• Ensure strong communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners through a comprehensive communications plan.

Qualifications for the Program Manager:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in product launches and pharma.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and sub-projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across various regions.
• Preferred candidates should live close enough to attend key meetings and events onsite.

Compensation/Benefits for the Program Manager:

• Salary: $120,000 - $125,000
• 1-year contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion.
