Piper Companies is looking for a Network Engineer to join healthcare organization. This is based in Columbia, MD with two days per week onsite and three remote.
Essential Duties of the Network Engineer:
- Document and create network diagrams as needed.
- Speak in weekly CAB (change advisory board) meetings, and also speak on occasion to individuals in senior leadership.
- Palo Alto NGFW administration/configuration.
- Working with ISP’s on high-level circuit issues.
- Cisco Meraki (wireless and switching) administration/configuration.
- Cisco ISE administration/configuration.
Qualifications of the Network Engineer:
- B.S. or M.S. and 5+ years of experience.
- Core route/switch administration/configuration (EIGRP and OSPF experience). Ideally in data centers.
- Strong firewall experience, Palo Alto specifically.
- Cisco ACI administration/configuration.
Compensation for the Network Engineer:
- $110,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
- 3 days remote per week
