Clinical Services and Operations Innovation Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Clinical Services and Operations Innovation Manager to join a leading global biopharmaceutical company focused on digital transformation in clinical studies. This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative solutions in patient-centric clinical trials.

Responsibilities of the Innovation Manager:

• Evaluate and implement new digital solutions in clinical studies, including telemedicine, wearables, eConsent, and more.
• Develop frameworks and processes for digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the adoption of new technologies.
• Drive communication and change management efforts for new initiatives.

Qualifications for the Innovation Manager:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulated environment within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
• At least 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects globally.
• Strong understanding of clinical development processes and GCP guidelines.

Compensation/Benefits for the Innovation Manager:

• Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
• 1-year contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion
