Data Science Content Writer

 Piper Companies is seeking a Data Science Content Writer for a start up organization. The Data Science Content Writer can either reside in the Austin area or work remotely CST or EST hours. An ideal candidate for the Data Science Content Writer will possess a strong industry background within data science who can own content writing and ghostwriting to help drive market awareness. 

Responsibilities for the Data Science Content Writer include:

·       Collaborate with other technical experts to bring their message to the general audience

·       Write long form content

·       Work through multiple revision cycles

·       Stay up to date on industry trends, news and keep relevant

·       Work closely with the marketing team to assist with brand messaging and positioning

Requirements for the Data Science Content Writer include:

·       Over 5 years of content writing experience

·       Fluent in English and very strong English grammar background

·       Strong background in technical content writing preferably within data analytics & science

·       Ability to work EST or CST

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or relevant work experience

Compensation of the Data Science Content Writer Insurance:

·       Variable – based on experience

·       W2 position
