Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product launches and the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years of project management experience. This role requires someone who can come into the office in either the Smyrna, GA or RTP, NC area as needed, ideally once or twice a week, and must be present for important meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

• Drive differentiated patient solutions by transforming the companies strategy into program and project delivery.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close programs to successfully realize intended benefits.
• Oversee sub-programs and projects, ensuring they align with the set standards and processes.
• Partner with the Project Sponsor and be a standing member of the project core team.
• Ensure program goals and strategies are appropriately framed, scoped, and delivered.
• Maintain strong communication among team members and multiple stakeholders, including external partners, through a comprehensive communications plan.
• Manage the culture in line with the organization's values while working with cross-functional, diverse teams.
• Act as a champion for PM management techniques and processes, educating colleagues and sharing best practices across the organization.

Qualifications of the Program Manager:

• Must have product launch experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Proximity to the location to come in as necessary, ideally once or twice a week, and must be present for important meetings/events.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in different regions.

Compensation for the Program Manager:

• Salary Range: $50-$60/hr depending on experience
• Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Holidays
