Innovation Manager

Piper Companies is looking for an Innovation Manager is to identify and explore new innovative solutions for clinical studies to be patient-centric and support digital transformation projects. The Innovation Manager role involves preparing for the implementation of scalable solutions in partnership with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale on a hybrid work schedule within the Raleigh, NC area.

Responsibilities of the Innovation Manager:

• Evaluate and assess new solutions (including digital) for clinical studies, such as telemedicine, wearables, eConsent, and eCOA.
• Develop frameworks and processes for implementing digital transformation solutions in clinical studies and provide continuous support throughout the study.
• Collect surveys related to new solutions and lessons learned.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and ensure goal alignment.
• Prepare the organization for change management on new initiatives and create awareness campaigns.
• Support GCSO Innovation Leads on Digital Transformation projects and pilot new solutions.
• Build external networks to stay at the forefront of new technologies and participate in external work groups.
• Educate and collaborate with key stakeholders on GCSO innovative solutions.
• Work with strategic partners to align systems and processes for new vendors or capabilities.
• Ensure best industry practices and high-quality deliverables consistent with guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications of the Innovation Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing complex initiatives within a regulated matrix/partnership environment in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or CRO industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management.
• Good understanding of the Clinical Development process.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Previous team leadership experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of GCP guidelines in different regions.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Compensation for the Innovation Manager:

• Salary: $62.50-$68.50/hr
