Remote Learning Architect

Piper Companies is seeking a Remote Learning Architect who is willing to work EST hours for a global enterprise organization. The ideal Remote Learning Architect has expertise in microlearning creation and extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.

Responsibilities for the Remote Learning Architect include:

• Design and develop engaging microlearning modules that align with instructional goals and learner needs.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials.
• Develop e-learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience.
• Implement best practices in instructional design and adult learning theories to create impactful learning experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Qualifications for the Remote Learning Architect include:

• 7-10 years' experience in Instructional Design and adult learning theories
• Proven experience in creating microlearning content and e-learning modules.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder and work EST hours

Compensation of the Remote Learning Architect includes:

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
