Experiment Engineer

Piper Companies is looking for an Experimentation Engineer to join a biotechnology company located in Rainsville, MD.

Responsibilities of the Experimentation Engineer include:

• Provides knowledge of different aspects of scientific, engineering, and medical fields to develop data during experiments
• Provide advisement to leadership for all stages of Research Development, Test, and Evaluation studies
• Provide data analysis for Injury Biomechanics testing studies (ex: PMHS, Human Research Volunteers, biomedical instrumentation, ATDs, etc.)
• Bring knowledge of engineering to assist with research through data and documentation

Qualifications for the Experimentation Engineer include:

• Bachelors in engineering or related field (electrical, biomedical, mechanical, biomechanics, physics, etc.)
• 2 or more years of experience in related fields (programming, data acquisition, instrumentation, coding, etc.)
• Preferred experience in coding in MATLAB
• Able to obtain and maintain SECRET Security Clearance

Compensation for the Experimentation Engineer includes:

• Rate Range: $130,000 - $160,000 Per Year
