Remote Content Writer (Thought Leadership)

Piper Companies is hiring a Remote Content Writer (Thought Leadership) for an Open Source start up located in Texas. The Remote Content Writer (Thought Leadership) will help to drive market awareness and build the reputation and authority of data science experts at the company. The Remote Content Writer (Thought Leadership) can work remote (ET or CT zones required) and will be a 6-12 month Contract to Hire position.

Responsibilities of the Remote Content Writer (Thought Leadership):

• Help executives and technical experts amplify their voice and create proactive and accessible thought leadership content
• Work with the PR team to create new pitches and seek out new opportunities for placement of the articles written by YOU!
• Continue to grow and stay on top of new market and industry treads to remain relevant and timely
• Work along side the marketing leaders and product marketers to contribute to brand messaging and positioning that align with thought leadership angles that are developed

Requirements of the Remote Content Writer (Thought Leadership):

• Experience writing clear and convincing short and long form content
• Strong experience writing on and about GenAI/Data Science/Data Analytics
• You are opinionated! You have strong feelings about what makes effective and ineffective marketing
• You have a portfolio and examples of thought leadership experience- This is REQUIRED!
• You are meticulous when it comes to your writing and don't mint going through multiple revisions to get it just right

Compensation for the Remote Content Writer (Thought Leadership):

• $50.00 - $70.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
