Support Services Technician

Piper Health Sciences is seeking a Support Services Technician to join a pharmaceutical and biotech company located in Gaithersburg, MD that focuses on creating life-changing medicines for people around the world. The Support Services Technician will assist the manufacturing department.

Responsibilities of the Support Services Technician include:

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as incubators, stainless steel, bioreactors, skids, mixers, centrifuges, washers, autoclaves, tanks, etc.
• Perform sterilization of equipment
• Record manufacturing activities clearly and accurately according to GMP requirements
• Ensure equipment and materials are available and ready for processing

Qualifications for the Support Services Technician include:

• 1+ years of experience with upstream or downstream manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of GMP
• B.S. in a science-related field

 Compensation for the Support Services Technician include:

• Rate Range: $30 - $35 Per Hour **depending on experience**
