Director, Site Engagement

Piper Companies is looking for a Director, Site Engagement to join a leading specialty care company for an onsite/travel-based role based in the NJ/NY/CT/PA areas. The Director, Site Engagement will be responsible for traveling approximately 75% of the time to support in full revenue cycles.

Responsibilities for the Director, Site Engagement:

·       Act as Revenue Cycle leader and manage revenue cycle needs for assigned group in NJ/NY/CT/PA area

·       Utilize current team and central billing office (CBO) partners as well as other support lanes

·       Responsible for metric accountability, revenue cycle training, and support and integration activities

·       Train and foster revenue cycle process in both large group settings and 1:1 basis

·       Analyze top 5 key RCO performance indicators to identify and provide resolution-oriented action plan with follow-up expectations

Qualifications for the Director, Site Engagement:

·       5+ years of experience in upper management/director level role

·       Refined understanding of and ability to articulate the Revenue Cycle process from beginning to end

·       Ability to prep and present revenue cycle metrics, action plans, and overall performance at group as well as local level

·       Must be able to meet travel requirements within NJ/NY/CT/PA areas

·       Bachelor's degree in related field or 10 years RCO specific experience required

Compensation for the Director, Site Engagement:

·       $125,000 to $135,000 commensurate on experience

·       Bonus up to 25% of annual base pay
