Strategy Associate

Piper Companies is on the lookout for a Strategy Associate to join a thriving firm in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The ideal candidate will have a knack for navigating complex deals.

Key Responsibilities for the Strategy Associate Include:

• Explore new industries, conduct competitive analyses, and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and refine financial models.
• Drive and manage various organizational initiatives.

Qualifications for the Strategy Associate Include:

• 2-6 years of strategic experience in finance, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proficiency in due diligence processes for assessing new investments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead significant projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in financial modeling. Also most come from Private equity
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s Degree is a plus.

Compensation for the Strategy Associate Include:

• Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 with a bonus and LTI plan.
