Piper Companies is seeking a Lead EUD Analyst to join a healthcare client for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is mostly REMOTE (must be based in PA, NJ, or DE – will require occasional visits on-site in Philadelphia, PA).
Responsibilities of the Lead EUD Analyst:
- Coordinate with Project Managers to assign consultants to projects based on availability, skills, and client needs. Ensure effective and efficient resource utilization.
- Identify and address resource constraints and escalate issues as needed.
- Staffing Coordination: Conduct weekly staffing meetings to align project staff and forecast hours in Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.
- Track staff utilization and address potential staffing issues with senior leadership.
- Ensure contractors complete timesheets, update contracts, validate Statements of Work, and monitor staff performance.
- Successfully onboard new hires and project management consultants, ensuring proper account activation and deactivation.
- Maintain financial records of contract staff to assist with accurate billing and invoice reconciliation.
- Lead corporate projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications for the Lead EUD Analyst:
- Proven experience in resource/people management within an Information Services organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
- Experience in desktop or help desk support, service desk support, SCCM
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Project Managers and senior leadership.
- Ability to identify and resolve resource constraints and staffing issues.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage onboarding, contract management, and financial record keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and stakeholder needs.
Compensation for the Lead EUD Analyst:
· Hourly rate: $33.00 per hour
