Lead EUD Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Lead EUD Analyst to join a Hospital network for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is mostly REMOTE, but candidates must be based in PA, NJ, or DE due to occasional visits on-site in Philadelphia, PA).

Responsibilities of the Lead EUD Analyst:

• Coordinate with Project Managers to assign consultants to projects based on availability, skills, and client needs. Ensure effective and efficient resource utilization.
• Identify and address resource constraints and escalate issues as needed.
• Staffing Coordination: Conduct weekly staffing meetings to align project staff and forecast hours in Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.
• Track staff utilization and address potential staffing issues with senior leadership.
• Ensure contractors complete timesheets, update contracts, validate Statements of Work, and monitor staff performance.
• Successfully onboard new hires and project management consultants, ensuring proper account activation and deactivation.
• Maintain financial records of contract staff to assist with accurate billing and invoice reconciliation.
• Lead corporate projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications for the Lead EUD Analyst:

• Proven experience in resource/people management within an Information Services organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
• Experience in desktop or help desk support, service desk support, SCCM
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Project Managers and senior leadership.
• Ability to identify and resolve resource constraints and staffing issues.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage onboarding, contract management, and financial record keeping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and stakeholder needs.

Compensation for the Lead EUD Analyst:

• Targeting pay rate of $33/hr
