Splunk Architect

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Splunk Architect to join a leading global technology company known for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment. This position will onsite 2 days per week in Raleigh, NC and will play a critical role in designing and optimizing Splunk environments to support various clients’ needs.

Responsibilities for the Splunk Architect:

• Design and architect Splunk infrastructure to meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement advanced dashboards, data models, and reports.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex Splunk performance and functionality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Splunk with other systems and applications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Splunk environment.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to the Splunk team.
• Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to end-users.

Qualifications for the Splunk Architect:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Splunk Administration or engineering/architecture.
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the clients supported.
• Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Splunk architecture, deployment, and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Compensation/Benefits for the Splunk Architect:

• Salary: $150,000 - $160,000
