Field Technician

Piper Companies is looking for a Field Technician to join a a premier healthcare organization in Denver, Colorado. This is a direct hire opportunity with a rapidly growing company!

Responsibilities for the Field Technician:

• Install and maintain hardware and software systems within cloud-based environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud platforms, data migration, cybersecurity, and networking
• Monitor the performance and security of cloud-based systems and implement necessary measures to maintain optimal functionality
• Conduct system upgrades and collaborate with other IT professionals to implement and maintain cloud-based solutions

Qualifications for the Field Technician:

• Bachelors degree is related field is preferred
• Certification in cloud technologies from vendors such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, or CompTIA Cloud+
• Familiarity with cloud computing tools such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other leading cloud providers
• Experience with management solutions like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, customer self-service solutions, and real-time traffic management

Compensation/Benefits for the Field Technician:

• $60,000 - $70,000 per year (based of experience)
