Piper Companies is currently searching for a Resource Planning and Efficiency Analyst to work Hybrid in Frederick, MD for a prominent Life Insurance leader. The Resource Planning and Efficiency Analyst will be tasked with planning resource needs and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Responsibilities for the Resource Planning and Efficiency Analyst include:
· Plan resource requirements and track benefits and operational efficiency
· Collaborate closely with various business areas to understand their processes, workflows, and targets.
· Track actual and forecasted staffing levels, support forecast creation, and monitor KPIs across the business, providing data to enable insight and analysis.
· Contribute to the delivery of operational efficiencies and excellence.
· Create and maintain operational forecasts, plans, and budget models.
Required Qualifications for the Resource Planning and Efficiency Analyst include:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in operational roles with a proven track record of delivery.
· Proven ability to meet targets related to customer satisfaction, employee performance, or cost efficiency.
· Experience in identifying and implementing improvements in customer-facing operational environments.
· Familiarity with basic statistical modeling techniques.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Compensation for the Resource Planning and Efficiency Analyst include:
· $90,000 - $105,000 a year **Depends on level of degree/combined years of experience**
