Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager for a long term contract opportunity to join an established Healthcare Organization located in Hershey, PA. This position is 100% onsite. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex projects within the healthcare environment, leveraging ServiceNow to ensure seamless communication, risk management, and delivery of outcomes that enhance patient care while maintaining operational integrity.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Leverage ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Ensure project outcomes improve patient care without disrupting services.

Qualifications of the Project Manager:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for project management tasks.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Experience leading teams and adapting to changing project scopes.

Compensation for the Project Manager:

• Hourly Rate: $65.0-$75.0 per hour
