Lead EUD Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Lead EUD Analyst to join a hospital network for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is largely remote, but candidates must be based in PA, NJ, or DE to make occasional visits on-site in Philadelphia, PA. The Lead EUD Analyst will be responsible for managing resources to ensure projects can function effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities of the Lead EUD Analyst include:

• Serve as point of contact for Project Managers to coordinate the assignment of consultants based on availability, client goals, and skills.
• Proactively identify resource constraints and identify solutions or escalate when needed.
• Conduct weekly staffing calls with Account Managers and Project Managers to align and coordinate project staff.
• Ensure all contractors complete their timesheets and contracts are updated.
• Onboard new hires including backfill positions and project management consultants, ensuring all accounts and activated and deactivated appropriately.

Qualifications for the Lead EUD Analyst include:

• Proven experience leading a project or working with project managers in an Information Services organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SCCM, Control Up).
• Strong communication and organization skills to collaborate with various project managers and members of senior leadership.

Compensation for the Lead EUD Analyst:

• $25-33/hour (40 hours/week).
