Piper Companies is seeking a Lead EUD Analyst to join an established Healthcare Organization located in Philadelphia. This position is 100% REMOTE. The Lead EUD Analyst will manage resource assignments within the Information Services organization, ensuring optimal project staffing, training, compliance, and operational excellence while leading corporate Information Services initiatives and projects as needed.
Responsibilities for the EUD Analyst:
- Coordinate with Project Managers to assign consultants to engagements based on availability, skills, and project requirements and act as a centralized point of contact for project resourcing.
- Manage contractor compliance, including timesheets, contract updates, performance reviews, and delivery validation.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires and contractors, ensuring account activations and adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Maintain financial records, reconcile invoices and ensure proper allocation to cost centers.
- Lead corporate IS projects and initiatives.
Qualifications for the EUD Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience in IT, healthcare, or a PMO environment.
- Strong communication, project planning, and process improvement skills.
- Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritize demands and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, data structures, and information systems in healthcare.
- Experience coaching teams using standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross functional teams.
- Bachelors degree
Compensation for the EUD Analyst:
- Hourly Rate: $25.0 -$33.0 per hour
