Senior Network Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Network Specialist for an Information technology government-contractor in San Diego, CA. 

Responsibilities for the Senior Network Specialist:

·      Designing, building, and implementing network systems

·      Troubleshooting network performance issues and provide technical solutions

·      Routine testing and analysis of all network facilities

·      Managing all network communications, including LAN/MAN/WAN systems from the purchase to installation and support

Qualifications for the Senior Network Specialist:

·      4+ years of network engineering/administration experience

·      Prior experience working with LAN/WAN and internet systems

·      Security+ Certification required

·      BA/S in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field

Compensation/Benefits for the Senior Network Specialist:

·      Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 **depending on experience**
