Piper Companies is seeking a Remote HR Business Analyst who will play a critical role in partnering with other analysts and HR teams to understand people data within a global enterprise organization. The ideal Remote HR Business Analyst has strong experience with data visualization and a deep interest in people data.
Responsibilities for the Remote HR Business Analyst include:
- Extract and observe trends in people data
- Understand and manipulate large data sets
- Produce personalized reporting and communicate efficiently in a transformational environment
- Function as a team player while managing own priorities
Qualifications for the Remote HR Business Analyst include:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst working with people data
- Advanced Excel skills while working and manipulating large data sets
- Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI and Workday
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
Compensation of the Remote HR Business Analyst includes:
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
