Piper Companies is seeking a Remote HR Business Analyst who will play a critical role in partnering with other analysts and HR teams to understand people data within a global enterprise organization. The ideal Remote HR Business Analyst has strong experience with data visualization and a deep interest in people data.

 

Responsibilities for the Remote HR Business Analyst include:

  • Extract and observe trends in people data
  • Understand and manipulate large data sets
  • Produce personalized reporting and communicate efficiently in a transformational environment
  • Function as a team player while managing own priorities

Qualifications for the Remote HR Business Analyst include:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst working with people data
  • Advanced Excel skills while working and manipulating large data sets
  • Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI and Workday
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance

Compensation of the Remote HR Business Analyst includes:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
