Site Payment Specialist

Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a Site Payment Specialist to support an award-winning biotechnology company in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. (Please note: this is a hybrid position.)

Responsibilities for the Site Payment Specialist include:

·       Collect, maintain, and update tools and data to forecast and prepare billing statements for clinical trial sites.

·       Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to site inquiries and invoicing requests.

·       Finalize and review vendor invoicing documentation.

·       Utilize various Excel functions (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF THEN statements, etc.) to track and maintain data.

·       Manage multiple projects and clients with competing priorities.

Qualifications for the Site Payment Specialist include:

·       2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in site payments and/or clinical site contract negotiations.

·       Advanced Proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAP is preferred.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field is required.

Compensation for the Site Payment Specialist includes:

·       Salary range: approximately $28.00 - $38.00 hourly, commensurate with experience
