Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support a federal government program located in Washington, DC. The Senior Program Analyst will primarily focus on budget control/management.
Responsibilities of the Senior Program Analyst include:
- Provide accounting, internal control, and audit support for financial management programs and operations
- Perform accounting operational tasks such as accounts receivable or payable, revenue, interest earnings, or journal vouchers
- Develop and maintain documentation and draft responses to potential audit findings for the annual A-123 internal audit and the financial statement audit
- Create technical, financial, and policy documents using a variety of software and systems
Qualifications for the Senior Program Analyst include:
- 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting in the government
- Experience with various software such as Oracle financial systems, Prism, Concur, One Stream, Excel
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration, or Data Analytics
Compensation for the Senior Program Analyst includes:
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 **depending on experience**
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k, and Sick Leave as required by law
- Perks: Hybrid (1 day onsite)
