Systems Engineer

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a remote Systems Engineer- IAM to join an innovative and exciting company that specializes in healthcare services.

Responsibilities of a Systems Engineer- IAM-

• Support the design and planning of technology solutions that align with the business' needs. This can consist of collaborating with vendors, other IT teams, and leadership
• Help define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and best practices for their respective technologies
• Contribute to the company’s infrastructure strategy by helping evaluate, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance to junior level systems engineers and administrators
• Create Knowledge Base Articles (KBA’s) for respective technologies and conducts trainings for team members
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Solution Architects to design solutions based on performance and works with the project team to implement, plan, and execute.

Qualifications of a Systems Engineer- IAM-

• 6+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer utilizing Microsoft products, Windows Server, Exchange Server, as well as active directory
• Experience working with Software Development Lifecycle including Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps as well as Project Management Lifecycle and IT Services Management processes
• Experience with Identity and Access Management tools (Azure Active Directory, MFA, OKTA, FIM)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field
• MCSE or similar certifications are preferred

Compensation of a Systems Engineer- IAM-

• Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
