Forecasting and Performance Analyst

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a fully remote Forecasting and Performance Analyst to join a strong and robust financial company.

Responsibilities of a Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

• Manage and sustain models for forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting
• Build and sustain exceptional relationships with stakeholders to ensure success and meet customer needs
• Ability to build presentations and plan meetings
• Support the forecasting and planning specialist in generating insights and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.

Qualifications of a Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

• 2+ years of experience in operational roles
• Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills to be able to identify where improvements can be made
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and collaborate effectively with other members on the team
• Able to work efficiently and successfully in a fast-paced environment
• BS/BA Degree in Business or IT preferred

Compensation of a Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

• Salary Range: $76,600 - $105,325
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
