Financial Analyst

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a large and highly respected company in Aberdeen, Maryland.

Responsibilities of Financial Analyst:

• Provide financial management of FMS cases including tracking, funding, and reconciliation of obligations
• Support program reviews, start-of-work meetings, in-process reviews (IPR’s) and other meetings
• Pull Status of Funds (SOF) reports
• Provide the team with financial requests for the entire life cycle of the FMS case
• Advise on general financial requests that are related to execution/procurement
• Ability to resolve sensitive and complex financial problems

Qualifications of Financial Analyst:

• 2+ years of experience as financial analyst/budget analyst or related field
• Can verify accuracy of funding lines and understanding of how to conduct financial research
•  Experience providing financial analyst/budget analyst support to an on-site DoD contract
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance

Compensation of Financial Analyst:

•  Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and holidays
