Network Engineer UC

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Network Engineer with a UC background for an opportunity supporting DISA. The Network Engineer will work onsite 3-4 days a week. The role requires a strong background in Cisco’s core collaboration technologies and gateway protocols.

Responsibilities of the TS/SCI Network Engineer UC

·       Support DISA with onsite presence 3-4 days a week.

·       Lead technical discussions surrounding core Cisco UC applications,

·       Configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day maintenance.

Qualifications of the TS/SCI Network Engineer UC

·       Experience with Cisco’s core collaboration technologies: Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM&P, Cisco Jabber.

·       Must be able to Obtain and Maintain an TS/SCI Clearance

·       Proficiency in gateway protocols (MGCP/H.323/SIP/SCCP) and working with PSTN connections (FXS/FXO/T1/PRI/SIP/CUBE).

Compensation for the TS/SCI Network Engineer UC

·       Salary: $130,000 - $180,000

·       Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays.
