Forecasting and Performance Analyst

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Forecasting and Performance Analyst to join a passionate and future-focused team in term-life insurance that is 100% Remote.

Responsibilities for the Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

• Support and maintain forecasting, capacity, and budget models for both back office and telephony, covering tactical and strategic aspects.
• Develop and maintain models for resource planning and long-term business decision analysis.
• Monitor and compare assumptions with actual results, providing efficient solutions to enhance employee engagement and business efficiency.
• Support contact center projects with tactical and strategic plans to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure business and customer demand success.

Qualifications for the Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

• 2+ years in operational roles with a proven delivery record.
• Experience working towards targets to improve customer, people, or cost metrics.
• Proven ability to identify and implement improvements in customer-facing operational environments.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with basic statistical modeling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage others in change initiatives.
• BS/BA Degree in Business or IT preferred.

Compensation for the Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

• Salary Range: $76,000 - $105,000 *based on experience*
• Comprehensive benefits package; Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k match up to 6%, 15 vacation days and 10 sick days (accrued on a bi-weekly basis), sick leave as required by law, holidays
