Forecasting and Performance Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Forecasting and Performance Analyst for a life insurance company in Baltimore, MD. 

Responsibilities for the Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

·      Maintaining forecasting, capacity, and budget models for both tactical and strategic back office and telephony modelling

·      Plan resources and analyze long-term business decisions

·      Monitor performance, providing solutions to enhance operational efficiency

·      Create and maintain operational forecasts and budget models

Qualifications for the Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

·      2+ years’ experience in operational roles with delivery record

·      Prior experience identifying and improving operational customer facing environments

·      Experience of basic statistical modelling

·      BS/BA in Business or IT preferred

Compensation/Benefits for the Forecasting and Performance Analyst:

·      Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 **depending on experience**

·   Comprehensive benefit package; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Sick Leave as required by law, PTO
