Piper Companies is actively seeking a Validation Engineer to join a global pharmaceutical organization that specializes in diabetes care, among other products and services. Having one of the broadest diabetes products portfolio in the healthcare industry. The Validation Engineer will drive process improvement projects alongside a team of Engineers, located on the outskirts of Raleigh, NC.

 

Responsibilities of the Validation Engineer:

  • Author change controls
  • Assist with commissioning and qualification of equipment within the aseptic line area
  • Identify, mitigate, and react to identified risks
  • Help take on and author protocols
  • Work in collaboration with process engineers, technicians, and quality assurance

 

 

Qualifications of the Validation Engineer:

  • B.S./M.S. in a Engineering discipline, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience within validation
  • Background in Aseptic Processing is preferred
  • Familiar with risk based systems

 

Compensation of the Validation Engineer:

  • $40-$50/hr, or based on years of experience
  • Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law
