Piper Companies is seeking a M365 Technical Support Specialist to join an established healthcare organization for a 3-month contract opportunity. This position is fully on-site and would require travel to multiple locations in Lehigh and Luzerne Counties, as well as surrounding areas.

 

Responsibilities for the M365 Technical Support Specialist:

  • Provide on-site support for an enterprise email migration and iOS device configuration.
  • Assist users in logging into Outlook with their new credentials.
  • Rebuild and configure iOS devices in InTune, following provided documented scripts and instructions.
  • Ensure users' mobile devices are properly set up and connected to required apps and services.
  • Assist users migrate from other platforms to Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for users to ensure smooth transition.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while working with end-users, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications of the M365 Technical Support Specialist:

  • Basic technical knowledge of InTune, Office 365, and iOS devices is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on assisting non-technical users.
  • Ability to follow documented scripts and detailed instructions.
  • Comfortable working on-site and interacting directly with users in a professional manner.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to email and mobile device setup.

Compensation for the M365 Technical Support Specialist:

  • Hourly pay rate: $22/hr
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law
